In the golden autumn, there is a refreshing atmosphere and endless scenery. On September 19-20, 2024, the "Sanshan Xigu Cup" wind collecting activity was launched in Sanshan Xigu Scenic Area, Luluo Town, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Wang Jianshe, President of Hebei Folk Culture Association, Yuan Chenqing, Li Zhishan, Hu Haixia, Vice Presidents, Xiaoyu, Secretary General, Fan Gengxi, Lv Naihua, Fu Zhiwei, Chairman of Sanshan Xigu Scenic Area, Zhao Guijin, and others attended the launching ceremony. The "San Shan Xi Gu Cup" Wind Picking Activity in Hebei Province is jointly organized by the Hebei Folk Culture Association, the Hebei Cultural Exchange Association, and the San Shan Xi Gu Agricultural Culture Park.

The purpose of the activity is to pay tribute to the wise leadership of the CPC and the great achievements of the socialist construction of the motherland, especially the great changes in urban and rural areas, the revitalization of rural areas and the new atmosphere of eco-tourism since the reform and opening up, by visiting three mountains and valleys.

The Sanshan Xigu Agricultural Culture Park is located in the Taihang Mountains area at the border of Shanxi and Hebei provinces, and is under the jurisdiction of Zuopo Village, Luluo Town, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Surrounded by mountains on all sides and with beautiful scenery, it is named after three large mountains behind the village and a river in front of it. Sanshan Creek Valley has formed a left slope model characterized by Taihang agricultural culture through the comprehensive development of diverse cultural heritage such as homestays, recuperation, vacations, and seclusion.

On the evening of the 19th, a ceremony was held at the cultural exhibition hall of the Sanshan Xigu Agricultural Culture Park to launch the collection of cultural elements. Zhao Guijin, Chairman of the Sanshan Xigu Scenic Area, delivered a welcome speech, Hu Haixia, Vice President of the Hebei Folk Culture Association, presided over the event, Wang Jianshi, President of the Hebei Folk Culture Association, delivered a speech, and Xiaoyu, Assistant to the President and Secretary General of the Hebei Folk Culture Association, introduced the attendees.
