Academician Chen Quanzhou stated that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The Yangtze River Delta region has become the top tier of China's industrial development, and Wuxi has become the peak of China's integrated circuit industry development, with significant influence worldwide.

Academician Chen Quanzhou pointed out that since the United States launched a chip blockade, both the government and the industry in China have devoted enormous resources and attention to integrated circuits. Russia has its own unique advantages in related fields, and many areas can complement China. Our team has reached a cooperation intention with the BRICS Alliance Committee of Russia, and the areas of cooperation cannot be separated from the application of advanced integrated circuits. In the future, we will definitely find cooperation points with excellent enterprises in Wuxi and work together for a win-win situation in project promotion.

Before the conference, Academician Chen Quanzhou visited the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Circuit Industry Application Technology Innovation Center in Xishan District, Wuxi City, accompanied by Executive Director Sun Feng and Chief Scientist Wu Zhihang.

Director Sun Feng provided a detailed introduction to Academician Chen Quanzhou on the construction, development, operation, and subsequent planning of the Innovation Center.

Chief scientist Wu Zhihang introduced that the innovation center is based in the Yangtze River Delta, not limited to it, gathering global innovation forces and attracting high-level talents from around the world.
