On the afternoon of September 22nd, Academician Chen Quanzhou, President of the Hebei Cultural Exchange Association and Chairman of Cihang Group, held talks in Beijing with Larissa Zelenskova, Chairman of the Russian BRICS Alliance Committee, and Savoy Alexander Gennadyevich, Vice Chairman, who were visiting China.

The cooperation between the two sides takes this as an opportunity, guided by the results of the diplomatic talks between the heads of state of China and Russia, refines the strategic agreements signed, deepens the docking and cooperation between the two sides, promotes pragmatic friendship, moves forward hand in hand, and jointly supports the steady development of China Russia cooperation.
