They were instructed to immediately contact Director Zhao Changshu of the Yi County Civil Affairs Bureau. The message was urgent: "Yi County is in urgent need of your assistance." Without hesitation, the team changed their route and quickly arrived at the Yi County Civil Affairs Bureau. Professional rescue teams were then dispatched to transport the relief supplies to the disaster area.
