Introduction to the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences was established in August 1990 and is one of the three major cross-industry scientific institutions in Russia (the Russian Academy of Engineering, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and the Russian Academy of Sciences).The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences was officially recognized by the United Nations in January 1995 and obtained the status of a United Nations non-governmental organization in July 2002.

At present, the Academy has regional branches in 51 federal subjects in Russia. There are currently 18 Nobel Prize winners, more than 270 academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences and more than 20 academicians of other academies, including foreign academicians from 48 countries.

Mainly to investigate the academic achievements of candidates and their influence in related fields, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences conducts academician elections every two years, after channel recommendation or academician nomination, qualification review, department evaluation, conference election, presidium deliberation and other processes, after many rounds of rigorous academic review and selection procedures are finalized.

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RAEN) is an all-Russian public innovative scientific organization that unites natural scientists in all directions, creators of science-intensive technologies, and humanities scholars. Introduction of Academician Chen Quanquan

Chen Quanzhou, a native of Henan Province with a graduate degree, is currently the president of Hebei Provincial Cultural Exchange Association, the Chairman of Hebei Cishi Foundation, the chairman of the Canadian Association for Ethnic and Folk Exchange, and the Dean of the School of International Education of West Trinity University.

He served as a member of the Seventh, eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Committees of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and a member of the Eighth, ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Committees and Standing Committee members of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC.

In 2005, he was appointed as an academician by the Chinese Academy of Modern Management Sciences, a consultant by the China Institute of Urban Competitiveness in 2009, and a visiting professor at Central South University in 2012.

In October 2019, he was invited to attend the 12th World Chinese Business and Economic Summit held in Macau. He made outstanding contributions to innovation and entrepreneurship and charity and public affairs. He was awarded the “World Chinese Business Leader Lifetime Achievement Award” and was included in the "World Outstanding Expert Talent Dictionary", "Dictionary of Chinese Expert Names", "Chinese Celebrity Ceremony".

In October 2022, he was elected an academician of the Russian National Academy of Sciences.
