 Cihang Group held its annual summary and work deployment meeting

On March 5, 2022, Cihang Group Co., Ltd. held its annual work summary for 2021 and work deployment meeting in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province.

The meeting was attended by Chairman Mr. Chen Quanzhou, Vice Chairman Ms. Wang Yanli, the executive team of the group, leaders of 16 subsidiary companies, heads of major project teams, and on-site employees in Shijiazhuang. Subsidiary companies located in overseas and high-risk epidemic areas participated in the meeting online.

During the meeting, outstanding subsidiary companies and employees with exceptional performance in 2021 were recognized and awarded. Each subsidiary company and project team reported on their work in 2021 and outlined their work plans for 2022. The group's Chief Operating Officer, Mu Yu, provided a summary of the group's work in 2021.

Chairman Chen Quanzhou delivered an important speech during the meeting. He provided a forward-looking perspective and, in consideration of the international and domestic economic trends and the actual development of the group, assessed the work conducted in 2021 and outlined specific requirements for the focus of 2022.

Chairman Chen Quanzhou emphasized that China is currently in a critical stage at the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the second centenary goal. The group has also successfully completed its transformation and adjustment. In such a significant era, it is important to have a broad vision and a high standpoint. In 2022, the group must adhere to three key principles: ensuring unwavering support for the core leadership of the chairman, maintaining a humble, cautious, and diligent work attitude, and preserving the traditional values of hard work at home. Over the next 3 to 5 years, the group will not only consolidate its existing business sectors but also expand externally, extending its footprint in corporate operations, public welfare and charity, and cultural promotion.

After the meeting, the participants were highly motivated. They gained a deeper understanding of the group's development principle, which emphasizes prioritizing social benefits over economic gains. They now have a clearer perception of this year's work objectives. They expressed their determination, saying, "In the new year, our drive is stronger, our direction is clearer. With the leadership of the group's management, we will set sail and achieve more remarkable results!"
