The Chairman Chen Quanzhou, with his rich management experience and profound knowledge, provided training to 65 management personnel from the group's headquarters and its subsidiaries and divisions on the topic of "Thoughts on Strategic Management for Cihang Group."

Chairman Chen Quanzhou provided a vivid and insightful lecture to various management levels of the group on five key aspects related to strategic management: "The Concept of Strategic Management," "Differences in Eastern and Western Strategic Management Concepts," "Western Management Concepts and Models," "Fundamental Concepts of Chinese Management Philosophy," and "Analysis of Enterprise Cases." He delved into the essence and characteristics of Eastern and Western strategic management. Furthermore, Chairman Chen's analysis incorporated practical challenges frequently encountered in the management field, emphasizing concepts such as "Harmony is not about seeking approval," "Being open-minded rather than skeptical," "Cultivating integrity, not duplicity," and "Respect, not blind obedience." This session delivered a captivating and profound lesson in the field of management to management teams at all levels.
