Cihang Group's All-Employee Training Session on November 1st, 2019

On November 1st, all employees of Cihang Group gathered at the North Tower conference room for a company-wide training session. The training was conducted by Mr. Zuo Zhiren, Chairman of Intelligent Benevolence New Alliance, a strategic partner of Cihang Group. The event was attended by 98 people, including the Executive Vice President of Cihang Group, members of the executive team, and department heads from various subsidiaries and branches.

During the 2 hours and 30 minutes of training, Mr. Zuo Zhiren used vivid examples to explain the 7 key elements of business management. The training content was lively and engaging, making it relatable, and all members of the Cihang Group took diligent notes. After the meeting, each subsidiary company continued to study and implement the training content in their day-to-day work.
