On September 1st, the Compassion Group held an all-employee training seminar in the North Tower meeting room. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Zuo Zhiren, Chairman of Zhi Ren Xin Lian Alliance. The training was attended by 130 participants, including the Compassion Group's Chairman, Vice Chairman, members of the group's management team, employees from the group's headquarters, and department heads from various subsidiary companies.

The training session lasted for 2 hours and 30 minutes, during which Mr. Zuo Zhiren delivered an enthusiastic and inspiring lecture. All participants from the group listened attentively and took diligent notes. At the end of the meeting, the Chairman emphasized that department heads and leaders of subsidiary companies should not only use the authority granted by the group but also care for their subordinates, establish their own authority, and demonstrate their personal charisma. They were encouraged to lead their respective teams in conscientiously accomplishing the tasks assigned by the group.
