The Cihang Group's First-Half 2019 Work Conference

On August 30th, 2019, the Cihang Group held its first-half work conference in the North Tower meeting room.

The first part of the meeting was presided over by President Li Changbao, who summarized the operational status of various departments and subsidiary companies within the group for the first half of the year. He praised the units with good performance, acknowledged the efforts of those with less favorable results, and provided important guidance on the key points for the second half of the year.

The second part of the meeting included reports on the work for the first half of 2019 and the plans for achieving position-specific goals and responsibilities for the second half of the year. These reports were presented by representatives from Taihang Lingshan Scenic Area, Yi Yuan Qian Pin Company, the Pharmaceutical Company, and Guowen Asset Company.

The meeting concluded with Chairman Chen Quanzhou providing an overall evaluation of Cihang Group's operations and issuing requirements for the second half of the year. He emphasized the need for practical approaches in fulfilling position-specific goals, rigorous work evaluations, clear rewards and penalties, effective communication between responsible departments and employees, and concerted efforts to achieve position-specific goals.
